The Youth Research Consortium (YRC) is a youth-led research initiative that brings together young researchers to produce and exchange evidence-based research, analysis, and perspectives on issues shaping Egypt, the region, and the world.
YRC Monthly Bulletin – September 2026 is the monthly bulletin of the Youth Research Consortium (YRC), bringing together analysis and research produced by its young researchers on key developments.
This issue examines a range of developments across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the global economy, from the limits of economic corridors and pipelines and Syria’s reconstruction dilemma to Somalia’s security financing crisis, Myanmar’s diplomatic re-engagement, China’s economic transformation, and political shifts in Israel, France, Britain, and the United States.
Together, the articles offer evidence-based perspectives on how geopolitical conflict, economic pressures, institutional capacity, and changing international partnerships are reshaping regional and global affairs.
